Check out this quick minute and a half video about why Hands in Healing exists and what it's about.

"I liked going to the Wailing Wall and the wall that circles around the city [of Jerusalem] because that's stuff that's going on right now. I feel like I'm in a history book that's being written."

— Student on Hands in Healing pilgrimage to Israel and Palestine

"We use our hands as healing agents in this world."

— Bishop J. Jon Bruno, Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles

Sharing Hope, Reaching Peace

Hands in Healing is an inter-faith alliance that brings help and hope to people and places seeking healing and transformation through dialogue and development.

Seeking peace is the unique mission of Hands in Healing, a humanitarian and teaching initiative led by Bishop J. Jon Bruno of the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles. From the Holy Land to Central America and throughout Southern California, Hands in Healing projects and pilgrimages bring help and hope to communities working to overcome violence.
